- PUBLIC FEEDBACK SESSION INSIDE THE DOMENICI AUDITORIUM BEGINS AT 5:15PM
Tara Shaver of Abortion Free New Mexico issued the following statement,
“The concerned members of the pro-life and pro-faith community of New Mexico have an opportunity to help reform the University of New Mexico and to help rebuild the University’s reputation by providing public feedback regarding the nomination of the next Vice President/Chancellor candidate for the UNM Health Sciences Center.
We are encouraging members of the public to come on Friday, January 17th at 5:15PM and voice their concerns about the radical abortion agenda that the University of New Mexico (UNM) has taken under Dr. Paul Roth’s tenor as Executive Vice President/Chancellor of the Health Sciences Center.
This extreme abortion agenda has tarnished UNM’s reputation as the University of New Mexico was subject to a U.S. Congressional Investigation based on fetal body parts harvesting and experimental programs conducted by the UNM Health Sciences Center. In fact, the Select Panel on Infant Lives concluded their investigation alleging criminal conduct.
While New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas dismissed those criminal referrals, Dr. Paul Roth’s admission to experimental programs, where whole brains from aborted babies were used for dissection by ‘summer camp’ students, shocked the nation and has placed a dark stain upon UNM’s reputation.
Now is the opportunity for the concerned members of the pro-life and pro-faith community to be an active participant in taking the publicly funded University of New Mexico in a more life affirming and morally conscientious direction under new leadership.”
